Unnatural attraction to music

AKMA's Random Thoughts: Dull Day

[snip]I have an unnatural attraction to music with lyrics in a language I don't understand

My college roommate and I spent a few weeks walking around campus, singing "Thela Hun Gingeet" from King Crimson's Discipline. And who can't resist Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gil? My enjoyment of Gilberto Gil is thanks to David Byrne's Belize Tropical albums. I also enjoy the incredibly prolific, late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. I have been able to get MP3's of all three of these guys from eMusic, the one online source that doesn't limit what you buy.

Then there is the groovy hold music at the Northbrook, IL Public Library.

Maybe I just really like music.

Third comment. Don't know why I had to dig so hard to find MTEnryLink.
