Surfer beware

A perfect example of why we need good web usability, printed in CIO Magazine:
Buyer Beware - Reality Bytes - CIO Magazine May 15,2003

What should've been easy - checking out the 2003 models on the website of a certain Japanese car manufacturer - turned out to be impossible.

This is nearly the same example that David Weinberger used at the opening of his talk at Seabury last week.
