As a senior manager at IBM, I have found it more easy to work with , especially with grads from the IIT who seem to be more perceptive, demanding of themselves and more focussed than my American employees who demand summer hours everytime the sun shines. So who do you thing I am going to hire? The fussy less competent worker or the worker who demands less and meets deadlines?
