      <![CDATA[ <p>The main cause of failure of KM programs boils down to one three letter latin word: ego.</p>

<p>When egos get in the way, trusted relations among peers are replaced by authoritarian parent-child relations, and KM programs fail. </p>

<p>"Trust is the bandwidth of communication" (Sveiby). There are still quite a few dangerous people who still believe that IT is.</p> ]]>
