A little page 23 entertainment, the closest book is Bob Hiebeler's Best Practices from the KMPro meeting in March.
At best, it was a hit-or-miss affair.
Not much by itself, but it describes the results of your typical "collect everything and put it in a database" approach to knowledge management.

This sentence us a great example of why this little exercise is so much fun. My mind runs wild, and not towards KM. Taken out of context, it is almost poetic.
