Gates on the future of business

So what do we mean, redefining business productivity? One thing that I think has been an interesting dilemma, in terms of business productivity, is this issue of centralization versus empowerment.

Blogs and RSS top the interest of this particular article with a number of references to decentralized businesses and "bottoms-up empowerment." He also draws a wider circle from blogs to community and these technologies create new mechanisms for community.
