Four Agreements

Joyce Wycoff reprints an excellent article from Mary Bartlett that I would have never found otherwise in Good Morning Thinkers!: Four Agreements & Work. The four agreeements are

  1. Be impeccable with your word
  2. Don't take anything personally
  3. Make no assumptions
  4. Always do your best

As an adjunct to The Four Agreemments, I suggest looking at : The Power of Belief, By Ray Dodd

These are great agreements to make with your self but often hard to do. What stands in the way is often what you belive. The Four Agreements is a WHAT TO DO book. The Power of Belief is a HOW TO DO IT book.

This book is beutiful, its pages glide with an almost supernatural grace. The Four Agreements holds truths that have been at the front of humanities mind just waiting to be spoken. If you have not read this book do so. Go to a local book shop, with just under 20 dollars in your pocket, buy it, take it home, and read it cover to cover and every word inbetween. Now the seed for ultimate personal freedom and heaven on earth has been planted in your mind, nurture that seed and it will grow, become strong, and one day will thrive. Haveing this book in your hand will enable you to live what ever life you wish to live to the fullest of its extent.
Charish the time that is given to you for it is what makes you and you make of it.

I had seen the Four Agreements book before, and thought it was intriguing. I came across it again, a mint condition copy for 2$ at a second hand store. Since then the book never leaves me.
It has to be the best empowerment book I have ever read. Its simple, honest, and says nothing but truth...
