<p>Thanks for the mention. Hot and humid here and no power, so hanging at Kinko's. I don't know if you have read it, but read "Devil in the White City", by Larsen? Great book about the 1893 Fair.</p>

      <![CDATA[ <p>Devil in the White City was our primary motivation for the visit.  The tour was organized by the Chicago Architecture Foundation, and it was led by a gentleman who has researched the park to minute detail.  He even used to play in the trees as a child.</p> ]]>
