<p>Thanks for the write up of Mr. Hoglung's presentation.  Like you, I find it very encouraging to hear an apparent KM success story from a large, international organization like EDS.  </p>

<p>Especially important, and typically lacking in many KM implementations, was the fact that "Hoglund and his team have developed checkpoints that tie with the normal business processes and ensure that people are using the system."</p> ]]>
