      <![CDATA[ <p>So the mob is wise insofar as it refuses to act like a mob and instead acts like many individuals (who just happen to be in the town square with torches and pitchforks).  Makes sense to me.  Bertrand Russell said "the essence of wisdom is emancipation, as far as possible, from the tyranny of the here and now."</p> ]]>
