Here's a silly idea: We could all offer to volunteer a blogger friend one hour a week of our time to do important tasks that they can't get around to.

I do some volunteer web design work, and it is sometimes a "chore" to set aside at least one hour a week to do devote to that work. Maybe swapping an hour with someone would help focus my energies.
