Upcoming KM Chicago: Caterpillar
The January 11, 2005 meeting of KM Chicago is a presentation by Mr. Reed Stuedemann of Caterpillar. He will present an overview of the knowledge sharing process, starting with how Caterpillar got to where it is today, lessons learned, how the company measures value/success and then will show how it is being applied in the real world. Some of Reed's work at Caterpillar was featured in a KM Magazine article a year ago (subscribers only).
