Director of Knowledge Management at NYC charter schools

Found on Craig's List: Director of Knowledge Management at the New York City Center for Charter School Excellence.

The Director of Knowledge Management will be responsible for developing a world-class knowledge management system and Center-wide operational habits that allow us to capture, share and replicate the best operational and instructional practices of charter schools within the City while maintaining the independence and autonomy of each school. The Director of Knowledge Management must determine what works best in each school, capture that practice or method in a precise and organized way, and deliver that practice to other schools in an effective and compelling format. The Director of Knowledge Management must also develop an internal system for each member of the Center staff to share information about school performance, individual school strengths, and areas of improvement. This team member will be responsible for developing and maintaining the most robust and efficient charter school knowledge management system in the country.
