      <![CDATA[ <p>I work for an lobbying organisation with quite high turnover, which is encouraged because we want people going back and forth between us and the industry firms we represent.</p>

<p>Aging employees are not my concern around knowledge retention.  Rather, it is our woefully under-resourced IT system that needs attention.</p>

<p>I'd like to sell an upgrade to the IT-phobic executives.  Would appreciate any comments or recommendations on this.  thanks.  </p> ]]>
