      <![CDATA[ <p>I mentioned critical chain project management to some clueful folks in my organization, who bluntly told me that it sounded good to them, but would never fly in our organization.  I think that's fairly typical. The effort required to effect organizational change is perceived as too great for things like KM.</p> ]]>
