      <![CDATA[ <p>The main thing missing from any I/T solution to "Ask Sally" is...  Sally!!!</p>

<p>Jack, if you intro X to me and say s/he is looking for Y, then I am much more likely to pay attention than if the "system" makes the intro through some forwarded email/text message.</p>

<p>Still the sociology/technology conundrum!</p> ]]>
