A conversation with Jack

Arnie Zullow is a MLS student in the UIUC distance education program, LEEP.  He has taken an interest in knowledge management and interviewed me as part of his information-gathering process.  We focused on knowledge management and theory of constraints and danced around the topic of how librarians should think of these topics with respect to their roles.  A Conversation with Dr. Jack Vinson.
