Ton's strategic tools

Ton Zijlstra has been thinking about his information strategy and focuses on his tools in this post.

This posting I will talk about the tools I use to filter incoming information, select, process and share it.

I like his basic graphics that show the process.  A number of "personal something management" people have talked about their tools (including me), but Ton's focus on the process is a nice way of talking about the tools.  It's also useful to see where some tools are critical and in other places where Ton is more flexible.

Also see his post about his filtering process that is all about his view on the social development of knowledge.
