The Goal in easy pieces

Clarke Ching has found a great Theory of Constraints resource. "The Goal" - the easy way

Here’s a nice, concise, free, chapter-by-chapter summary of Goldratt’s “The Goal”

In fact, take [a] look at the whole site.  It’s called The Management and Accounting Web and is developed by James R. Martin, Professor Emeritus at the University of South Florida.  He has prepared and collated a whole lot of top-notch TOC stuff, including a 28 page summary of The Haystack syndrome, Goldratt’s hardest book, that I’ll read on the train this morning.

I've been having more conversations with people about TOC as I begin to learn it better myself.  But I find that there seems to be more to learn around every corner.

I'm not sure what you are asking, but this posting from Patti Anklam does a nice job of describing some of the history of knowledge management and pointing to related references.
