<p>It has been a while... glad to see that you are still bringing Goldratt's TOC to the forefront.</p>

<p>By way of disclosure, let me state that I am playing host (after a fashion, as a sometimes event planner) to Goldratt's Viable Vision Offers in the USA. It is my job to make sure the coffee is hot and the Coca-Cola is not. {grin}</p>

<p>I was a huge Drucker fan, and your post touches on a value lesson: words can mislead. For those of us who have had the joy of attending a Viable Vision Offer presentation, it is obvious that there are no conflicts between these two giants of management.</p>

<p>Thanks for the shining the light on this matter.</p>
