      <![CDATA[ <p>Interesting predictions.  Your #1 is especially relevant because Web 2.0 technologies will probably lead to a whole new class of KM products and services.</p>

<p>I think with #2 is that you will see newer tools that have evolved from the blogs and wikis that will enhance collaborative work especially in academia.</p>

<p>I tried to link to your Viable Vision project but the connection was refused.  What is the TOC Center about?</p> ]]>
