      <![CDATA[ <p>Knowledge loss is so much about relationships, shared meanings, common understandings, experiences, context and connections, it hard to talk of 'knowledge'.</p>

<p>I wonder if SNA can really show the holes - sure we can 'see' structural changes, islands with no connector, cliques, structural holes... but how can we begin to comprehend the brokerage opportunities, the informal learning, the mentoring possibilities and the 'translating' potentials?.</p>

<p>The real hard stuff is estimating the time (& energy) it takes to (re)build trust, share world views, create key distinctions, share stories and appreciate anothers POV.</p> ]]>
