Reading and writing

What a nice combination of blogs and podcasting.  Dan Oestreich is writing and reading at his blog, Oestreich Associates.  He is posting his written word as audio files. 

It helps that he tends to post well-written essays that make for a good 5-10 minute-long audio commentary.  He focuses on leadership and self-awareness.
