      <![CDATA[ <p>Jack, I read the CIO article earlier this week and it brought to mind something a client once asked: "Are you liberal or conservative?" Meaning "Do you think KM is â€˜all processes or â€˜all technologyâ€™?â€  Your previous post this week "maybe email isn't the problem" is completely relevant to this article.  It doesn't matter what technology you use, if it doesn't support the organizations processes, and make it "easier" to do the job, it won't work. "The cost to change must be exceeded by 3:1 the cost to not change" (A quote from a former Big 4 managing partner.)</p> ]]>
