I really like this comment on planning from Sir John Harvey Jones - still raises a smile every time I read it!</p>

Planning is an unnatural process.<br />
It is much more fun just to do something.</b></p>

<p><b>That way failure comes as a complete surprise, rather than being preceded by a period of worry and depression.<br />
