Jeremy- I didn't want to go into full-on detail, though it has been discussed on the PB YahooGroup.

Off the top of my mind are two issues:
1) The way drag-and-drop has changed in the new interface. I can still do things, but there are now more steps to get materials in and out of The Plex. 1a) I can no longer drag an attachment (from Outlook) into PB to create a new thought. I have to save it, and then drag it into PB. 1b) Similarly, I can't simply drag a thought into Outlook (or other apps) and have the attachment come along for the ride. I have to focus on the thought and drag the attachment out of the attachment pane. 1c) On the positive side, thoughts can now contain more than one attachment.

2) The current pricing model will require that I pay for an upgrade: about double what I paid for PB initially. I don't relish having to do so. This isn't a deal killer, but it is disappointing.
