      <![CDATA[ <p>Jack, glad you agree on the interesting turns the discussion has been having.  It actually started over on the Fast Forward blog (http://www.fastforward.com).  From my time at Factiva, I've become convinced that it is much more about knowledge enablement than that of management, at least that is the way in which I classify my interpretation of the actions of the pioneers in the KM space.</p>

<p>I too find Stephen Smoliar's views on actions a good one.  Stephen has been a loyal and fantastic poster since I launched "correlate" only a short time ago.</p>
