      <![CDATA[ <p>Jack - One observation is that language that resonates with people in one organisation might not in another. Call it whatever gets people excited. And then do something to live up to that name.</p>

<p>Using the wrong language can create major roadblocks but even using the right language will not guarantee success.</p> ]]>
