Tour de France 2007: Vinokourov tests positive; Astana withdraws from Tour
A very loud sigh. Tour de France 2007: Vinokourov tests positive; Astana withdraws from Tour, and David Millar reflects my sentiment (during an interview):
"I just feel like crying right now"
I said to my wife that I hoped Vino was clean after his fantastic performances in Saturday's time trial and yesterday's mountain stage.

There was some commentary at the beginning of the Tour (in the Chicago Tribune) that suggested many people were going to enjoy watching it, but that there is the underlying suspicion that bad things were just around the corner and to "not get too attached" to it.
Now Rasmussen and Cofidis. Boo.
Still, Contador was exciting to watch and Soler rides like a maniac.
Maybe Millar was right, and they should just pack it in. But then there is all that money at stake.
