      <![CDATA[ <p>I find your thoughts about trust extremely compelling, Jack. Trust is the only intangible that can't be doled out or tracked (yet(?)) by technology. </p>

<p>It's funny how these memes track - I just ran across <a href="http://www.annezelenka.com/2007/08/trust-the-secret-sauce-for-virtual-teams">this post from Anne Truitt Zelenka</a> on trust as the 'secret sauce' for virtual teams. </p>

<p>The trust factor is critical to build upon and project accurately. eBay has a model for the online world with their 'star' ratings system, just as my friends and family reflect my personal rating system in the real world. </p> ]]>
