      <![CDATA[ <p>Jack, the version I remember also ended with the coffee breaks. It had to have originated in my general reading before I discovered John Seely Brown and other KM or storytelling thinkers. I wonder whether there could have been two stages of remediation for the techs - the first ending with retaining or restoring the coffee breaks and then a second stage in which radios were dispensed (just speculation).</p> ]]>
