Information R/evolution video

This video has been getting linked by several of my sources.  It's all text and music, so you have to pay attention: Information R/evolution by Michael Wesch, who is responsible for The Machine is Us/ing Us that was heavily linked earlier in the year.

This video explores the changes in the way we find, store, create, critique, and share information. This video was created as a conversation starter, and works especially well when brainstorming with people about the near future and the skills needed in order to harness, evaluate, and create information effectively.

I like the transition from "old" to "new" in this video.  Nice use of the typewriter and card catalog.

p.s. When you link to videos in your blog (or Twitter or email or ...), it helps to tell me why I might find it interesting.
