Congrats on the position (at least it sounds like congrats are in order!). I can't give you any ideas on where to live in Boston, but I go up that way fairly often and always enjoy my visits. I think you will be able to find something good.

I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on KM and TOC as you get a chance to "practice what you preach." You may not be in a "knowledge management job," but I have faith you will carry KM with you where ever you go and "infect" (in a good way ;-) the people around you.
