<p>Thanks for this concrete example of how social networking can work, and for your emphasis on how the "non-tangibles" are just as important.  </p>

<p>I think most people have a general idea of how social networks are supposed to work, but I'm not sure as many people have seen any actual value from using them.  And I'm not sure many people are aware of all the ways these networks add value. </p>

<p>Of course, this probably only applies to digital immigrants like us, since the digital natives don't have to look for the value in the networks, they just use them.</p> ]]>
